The room has a lot of house flies

1. You charged me the whole amount before I even left the state of Oregon, when you weren't suppose to charge until I arrived at the hotel 2. Lobby doors should supposedly open with our room key but never worked. 3. Pillows were super flat so called down to ask for more. Was told yes but you have to come get it because im the only one here. Then they "could only find 1 pillow" 4. My claustrophobic wife was stuck in the elevator for at least 20min before someone responded via speaker Resolution "just hit ALL the buttons" 🙄 and for the "inconvenience" we got two free waters 😐 6. Saturday night we came back about 945/10pm and shocker lobby doors wont open, thankfully another guest was coming out. But not ONE employee anywhere in sight. Its was 5 minutes before someone employee comes out slowly walk across the lobby to the reception desk and just asks the guy in front of us "how can I help you"? The staff member couldnt have cared less that guests were standing around waiting and no "sorry to keep you waiting". My bad for thinking that because it had the Hilton name on it that it would be Hilton standards. Price we paid was NOT worth it.
