About this bed and breakfast
One Bedroom Available. ROOM with private bathroom. Breakfast not included. House shared with the host but maintain separate space. Living room use to get in and out of the house.
Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.
Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.
If you have a rating of less than 4 star, please inquire first before booking.
You are free to get in and out of the house anytime. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.
Max 2 Adults 2 children. A twin roll away bed available per request. Please inquire first for reservation more than 7 days. Let me know the purpose of your trip.
In room HDTV, Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven & Mini Fridge.
Coin Operated Washer & Dryer in the premises.
Non-smoking property.
No kitchen access.
Driveway parking optional. Only regular size car allowed. Oil leakage charge TBD. Large cars street parking only. Park at your own risk.
Additional Charges:
1. $50.00 per night will be charge for guest not initially included in the reservation.
2. $75.00 fee for early check in or overstayed guest.
3. Additional charge for lost key, missing or Stained Towels (not washable) regardless of the size and Stained Bedsheets (not washable)
4. Downloaded movies & the like charges will be charged against your deposit.

Perfect room and location for me. Host was very courteous and kind. Home was immaculate and charming. Definitely will use again on my next visit.

Clean, pleasant. Edith also offered beverages for purchase. She was great. Very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her.
