Our experience was awful! First we couldn't find the car park and was driving around a good 45 minutes around the complex trying to locate the car park then when we found it we were unexpectedly surprised to find there was a £20 fee to pay for overnight parking where this isn't mentioned on any booking apps AT ALL! We was then shocked once again checking in when they asked to take £100 from us as a deposit which again was embarrassing as we didn't have this available, we were only staying for 1 night and had already paid for everything else we needed so I had to ask to borrow money off of a family member so we can actually check in the room we had already paid for upfront, of course it was a deposit and it was returned however like the car park this wasn't explained on any apps or their website, the room itself didn't have any gowns or slippers we had to go and get them and with the place being so big we had no clue where we were going the signposting for everything was terrible, so it took us half hour to find our room which clearly wasn't clean, there was pubic hair in the bath, the carpets were stained, the the sink was dirty and the mirror was terrible too with black marks and dirt all over it, the bedding was stained and I got bitten by something twice in the night, and if it wasn't bad enough the bed although looked comfy was rock hard and gave me a terrible back the walls were extremely thin and the neighbors kept us up ALL NIGHT having intercourse and generally just being loud with music shouting laughing all sorts we did not sleep a wink! At night we attended one bar and the guy was trying to joke with me which I didn't understand (as I have autism) when I asked if they were still serving food, instead of a simple yes follow me or No it's too late I got this speech of "we do a three course meal for £4,000 then we have other meals that are around £65,000 or it depends on us how much we want to charge you as a customer" luckily my partner who also found this strange explained I have autism as he went even further when I asked if there was cheaper options available or just snacks by saying "you have to pay in gold or swap or your jewelry for it" but for my partner to have to explain I had autism and took what he had said literally was extremely uncomfortable for me and embarrassing so we went elsewhere as I didn't feel comfortable there.
As for parking there is literally no chance of finding a space but when I did find one it was right next to huge pillars that made that parking extremely difficult to park in because of that my 2023 plate motability vehicle now has a huge dent on the door and my wing mirror is completely damaged and needs to be replaced.
Our experience was awful from start to finish we used the spa which again wasn't the best of experiences, you only get 45 minutes each session to use the pool Jacuzzi and sauna and we didn't get to use the Jacuzzi as people were constantly in it, I wouldn't even class it as a Jacuzzi it's more like a hot pool with a long middle not that has seating but no bubbles or jets and at either end there's enough room for 4 people where the jets and bubbles are and they are constantly filled with people and you can tell those in the middle are just waiting their turn to use the corner the only alternative option is the single sex jacuzzis that are located in the changing rooms so as a couple we couldn't go together and would've had to spend our time in there with strangers, this was the most costly yet worst stay we have experienced and to make matters worse it was our anniversary, we don't have a lot of money as I'm classed as disabled so this was supposed to be a huge treat for us which took us months to save for, breakfast wasn't the best experience neither I won't even go into the details of the hair in the scrambled eggs or the bacon and sausages being cold and the worst part is there is nowhere I can find to even make a complaint to this hotel and try and get a refund for
