A lot of noise from the room above you can hear people walking around above. We were awaken by someone showering at 6:00 am the water noise is very bad.
Also the bare wooden floors are quite cold in the winter and no slippers are provided. This is not acceptable for a £*** a night hotel claiming to offer Luxury

We were greeted by a lovely young lady, Kelsey. Very polite and courteous and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a lovely room and breakfast was equally as good.

This is my second stay and as alway’s a very comfortable stay, the staff are so friendly and the hotel is very clean if there was one thing that I would change is the checking in procedure? There are two staff there with you when you have to put information in on a self check in tablet. Not the personal touch at all.
