Spacious and we liked the apartment style. Communication very good. Bathroom fine but floor not thoroughly clean and shower head needed attention as water sprated everywhere. Did mention the shower at reception.

Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking should you need it. The large floor length mirror is an excellent addition (missing in many hotels) as you can fully check your outfit and even get some nice photos before you leave. Parking is limited on the property but there is ample on-street parking.
