Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating (£25 per week October-April poa), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking. No smoking.. Perfect for a relaxing break whatever the season, this delightful 200 year old beamed country cottage has been beautifully renovated to offer superb accommodation. Set in lovely grounds, it adjoins the owners’ home in an excellent location from which to explore North Norfolk. The charming town of Holt, with its quaint shops and restaurants, is just 10 miles, the glorious sandy beaches of Holkham 15 miles and Wells-next-the Sea, Pensthorpe Park (of BBC Springwatch fame), Fakenham Races and a dinosaur park are all within an easy drive as are Norwich city and the Norfolk Broads. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
Up to one dog only. This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost. Please do not charge electric cars at the property, please use the local garage.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The area is nice and quiet with lovely nature in the area. The cottage was warm and comfortable and had everything one would need (despite what other reviews have said). One of the best places we have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot). Will definitely look to coming back in the future.

Lovely spacious cottage with a decent outside area for our dog. Perfect base for our honeymoon without having to travel any more than half an hour to get to the local attractions.The only suggestion I would make is regarding the draw full of leaflets for the local attractions and days out being included in the welcome pack as we did not come across these until the last day.Would 100% consider booking here again if we come back to the area in the future

Our family of five (two adults, two teenagers and our dog. Recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Apple Tree Cottage. Accommodation was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Only a few miles away in Reepham we were able to get supplies and enjoy a lovely meal at the Kings Head. Enjoyed trips to Cromer and Holkham (circa 40 minutes away).
