The Ramblers' Annex is a ground floor cottage near the village of Mattishall in East Anglia. It has a double bedroom with an en-suite, sleeping two people. Also inside you will find an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a utility. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a rear lawn shared with the owners, containing furniture. The Ramblers' Annex is a well-presented cottage in a great location for exploring East Anglia. Please Note: The owner has a Ring doorbell that it pointed toward the driveway for security purposes. Please note: property doesn't accept bookings under 7 nights.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine with 2 free pods, washing machine, dishwasher, travel cot, TV with Sky (movies, Sky Sports, BT sports), WIFI, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (you are welcome to bring your own bedding, please inform Sykes if you wish to do so). Ample off road parking. Shared lawn with furniture (this may be stored during periods of bad weather - so please ask the owner if you'd like it brought out). One well-behaved pet welcome - please be aware the owners dogs may also be present in the shared lawn area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please note: If you would like to charge an electric car at this property please make the owner aware of this on arrival, there will be a surcharge for this service, payable directly to the owner. Please Note: The owner has a Ring doorbell that it pointed toward the driveway for security purposes.

This is a lovely clean and modernly furnished cottage. Everything was on hand and you had everything you would have at home.All in all a delightful place to stay....We SHALL go back in a few months..
