Sehr großzügige Aufteilung, eigener Parkplatz, gute Zugangsregelung mit Code, schöner Balkon, ruhige Lage, dennoch zentral
Küchenausstattung: sehr einfache Pfannen und Töpfe, die teilweise nicht mehr nutzbar waren; Mobiliar teilweise sehr einfach und abgenutzt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann in Concarneau alles fußläufig erreichen. Es ist eine Etagenwohnung im 2.OG eines Mehrparteienhaus mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück, auf dem man einen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Alles ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Wir hatten ein separates Schlafzimmer und elektrische Rolläden an den Fenstern. Es gibt sogar einen Balkon.
Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, so fehlte z.B. ein Pfannenwender und die Pfanne war schon sehr mitgenommen (nicht mehr eben).
