Location is good. 15-20 minutes from Porta Nuova Train Station It is clean, 2 TVs, 1-2 minutes is Conad market.
PS. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator :( otherwise it is worth the money

Vey nice and stylish apartment, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location close to restaurant area and at walking distance from city center.
Overall nothing negative to report. Maybe a bit more accurate cleaning in the bedrooms (kitchen and bathroom were OK)

L'appartamento è nuovo e tenuto bene vicino a S. Zeno. Inoltre è al ridosso della zona centrale per cui in zona molto tranquilla. L’appartamento è dotato di zanzariere a persiana molto utili. Supermercato molto vicino.
Va assolutamente detto che è al quarto piano e NON c’è ascensore. La pulizia della cucina e del bagno è risultata piuttosto approssimativa (grasso e capelli) Il piumino era sporco ed il materasso era senza rivestimento. La luce centrale della camera da letto non funzionava.
