The apartment was attractive and in a lovely rural setting. It was well equipped for our party. We were there over Christmas and were able to prepare and eat our Christmas and boxing day meals without problems. The bottle shaped brick kiln in the back garden was a great unexpected feature and Piddinghoe village and church were very quaint. The riverside walk would be nice to do in good weather.
When we arrived the property was quite cold, and it took a while to work out the heating system, However, after that it was fine except for the kitchen. A rug on the floor would help, and some of the windows seemed to be a bit draughty. We were there in December and the weather was very cold and windy.

Definitely the view it was stunning. The communication between myself and the owner was very efficient they kept me updated with everything.
We really enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were very welcoming. We was sharing the land around the property so were a little unsure of what part of the outdoors we could spend time on (having two kids and a dog) as we didn’t want to encroach.

Vyborna poloha mezi Brightonem i 7 sisters, perfektbe sladeny interier,vse ciste a krasne, do posledniho detailu. Historicka pec na zahrade a ricka byla tresinkou na dorte. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.
K ranu trosku dolehal hluk od silnice,ale jen vzdalene.

Casa grande, pulita ed accogliente in stile inglese.
Bel giardino con bella vista sulle colline e sul fiume.
Buona posizione per andare a visitare le seven sisters ed i paesini del sud, ma devi avere l'auto.
La casa è vicina ad una piccola strada ma molto trafficata. La nostra camera al primo piano dava proprio sulla strada e si sentono le macchine anche di notte.
La cucina è molto minimale con poche pentole. No lavastoviglie. No lavatrice.
Il problema maggiore per me è stata la mancanza di pressione dell'acqua che non ci ha permesso di farci nemmeno una doccia.
Visto il caldo estremo che si è presentato anche in questi posti, consiglio di predisporre qualche ventilatore per i periodi più caldi.
