The location is excellent — close to local attractions, shops and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
Check-in starts at 3pm and was smooth and easy.
The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and renovation works were ongoing during our stay. Despite this, the host was very responsive, helpful and communicated clearly.

Location and cleanliness was very, very good.
The two air conditioners (one in each bedroom) were very weak. We were there during a heat-wave and the fans and ac unit just couldn't keep the apartment from being hot. Also, there is no lift / elevator and 67 stairs to get to the door so for two of the older people (one with a cane), that was a challenge. I would expect that in cooler weather, the apartment experience would have been much more enjoyable.
