My wife and I stayed 5 nights in 3 different rooms there. All rooms are modernized, well decorated, clean, and cozy. The location is great, with just a 4-minute walk from the central train station. Furthermore, the host Claudio deserves to receive a loud applause for his amazing services; he is super helpful, friendly, and caring. Apart from well managing the daily operations of the guesthouse, Claudio also made plenty of recommendations on restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed staying there and will surely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

The room was very close to the train station which was important to us. It was recently renovated and had everything you could want. I would happily stay there again.

Host, Claudio is amazing! Reviews are true. Place is impeccable and we even had free roadside parking right in front of the hotel. Great working AC and super charming rooms!

They have thought about every detail. They’re not only running AC unit they also have HRV. Everything is clean, they know what they’re doing. The location is amazing. This is my second time visiting Florence. On my second time staying here. I have checked other places, but decided this was for the best. I am picky about cleanness. Instructions are easy.
Details I gave are not in order and but overall, I say they’re not running a guest house. They are maintaining their own house.
