Staff was quick to answer any questions we had and helped us resolve any issues. Enough beds for a large party and were very comfortable to sleep in.

good size, decent amnesties, very good location.
excellent location but communication with those who manage this apartment is disappointing, every sentence ends with a threat - if you don't obey, you will be punished! Leave the car outside Florence, it's a nightmare to park.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Key codes for the external and internal doors which is good when travelling as a group
Large, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were large and comfy beds, and 3 showers
The only real downside was the kitchen was the only communal area for a large apartment, there is no lounge area. That said the kitchen is large with a big table and lots of chairs
Only 2 x toilets for a lot of people and one of those being through a bedroom (ensuite)

男女混合の8人グループで、10人まで宿泊可能の5LDKで広い。十分な部屋数がありました。(シングル1、ダブル3、トリプル1)
サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から徒歩圏内で、どこへ行くにもアクセス良し。スーパーマーケットも近くにあり、自炊するのに都合が良かった。食器や調理器具は豊富にあります。古い建物でもエアコンがあり快適。
チェックイン時間の15時にならないと玄関のパスコードが通知されない。事前に何度か早めのチェックインの希望を提出していたが、答えは「その時の状況による」のみ。到着してからもSNSで連絡したが、既読になっていても返答無し。結局、機械的に管理されているようで個別対応はできない模様。
オンラインチェックインの際に、市税を4日分支払うように指示されて払ったが、同じ３泊4日でもローマのホテルは3日分、２泊3日のベネチアは2日分の請求でした。1日分多いのでは？
１つのダブルの部屋がトイレへ行くための通路となっていたので、その部屋は使えませんでした。予約時に部屋の配置図があればよかった。オール電化なので、レンジとコンロなどを同時に使うとすぐにブレイカーが落ちてしまう。
