Villa Damian offers comfortable accommodation for a total of 12 people in a beautiful setting in Medvidici. The villa is divided into first floor and second floor. On the first floor there is an open space with living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, closet and terrace, as well as another bedroom which also has access to the terrace. From the first floor you can access the covered outdoor terrace, where there is an outdoor kitchen, a dining area and an outdoor hot tub. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a closet and an outdoor terrace of 60 m2 where you can sunbathe on sun loungers. Refresh yourself in the private pool overlooking the natural surroundings. Enjoy the jacuzzi with a refreshing drink. If you are planning a perfect vacation in Croatia, you should book Villa Damian for unforgettable moments with family and friends. An idyllic landscape surrounded by greenery and tranquillity is how we would describe the location of this modern Villa Damian. The small village of Medvidici, not far from Porec, has a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful beaches are located in Porec, 13 km from the villa, and there are also beaches in Funtana, Vrsar and Rovinj. If you want to go out to dinner with family and friends and love seafood, we recommend you visit the village of Rakovci, 7 km from the villa. If you prefer to cook in the comfort of your villa, you can buy groceries in the nearby supermarket in Sv. Lovrec, which is only 2 km away from the villa. We’ve visited the villa in July 2023 and it has been a great experience. The house was very clean at our arrival and is very convenient, both inside and outside. Also the service was very good and the villa is well-positioned, close to Porec and Rovinj. We are considering to come back next year!
