In the small Istrian town of Mihatovići, only one kilometre away from Nova Vasa and five kilometres from Poreč, is the beautiful villa Eni. A stay in Mihatovići is ideal for guests who want a quiet environment while still being close enough to the sea, beaches and Istrian cities known around the world. This modern villa with an area of 261.28 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests who will enjoy the pleasant interior of the villa, which is characterized by simplicity and a perfect combination of pastel tones that extend through all the rooms of the villa. There are a total of six bedrooms in the villa, four of which are equipped with double box spring beds measuring 210 x 180 and two also with double box spring beds but with the possibility of separating into separate beds 210x80. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the fairy-tale Istrian landscape, olive groves and the enchanting greenery of the Istrian hills. There are also four comfortable and harmoniously arranged bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and the other three with shower cabins and one separate toilet.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your stay and a living room for hanging out with your family and friends. From the stylishly decorated living room, large sliding glass doors open the interior to a beautiful courtyard of 800 m2, decorated in detail with Mediterranean plants. There is also a 26.5 m2 swimming pool in the yard with the possibility of heating, massage pumps and a waterfall, and there are also nine deckchairs available for you to enjoy sunbathing. In your free time, this villa offers you a whole range of entertainment: jacuzzi, sauna, fitness equipment, swing, toys for children, there will surely be something for everyone. The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi internet for carefree internet surfing from all rooms. There are four private parking spaces next to the villa itself.
