Built in 1910 and renovated in 2009, the villa is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
