Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich hatte zuerst Bedenken wegen Lärm vom Krankenhaus in der Nähe aber das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße und man ist sehr schnell bei der U-Bahn-Station Archway (die liegt genau noch in der Zone 2).
Man muss eigentlich nur aufpassen, dass man im richtigen U-Bahn-Zug sitzt (Richtung High Barnet).
Es gibt auch viele Geschäfte in der näheren Umgebung wie z.B. Aldi, Starbucks, Dominos, ...
Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet - es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck und andere Utensilien. Ein Wasserkocher, Toaster und sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine stehen zur Verfügung. Dank der Gastherme mit Durchlauferhitzer können auch 4 Personen in Folge duschen, ohne dass das Warmwasser knapp wird.
Leider lag die Matratze bei einem Bett falsch herum (die harten Federn nach oben), das konnten wir aber selbst schnell in Ordnung bringen. Der Kühlschrank riecht leider fürchterlich, der müsste einmal gründlich gereinigt werden und wenn er ganz ausgeschaltet wird (so wie wir ihn bei unserer Ankunft vorgefunden haben) muss er offen bleiben, damit das Innere vollständig trocknen kann und er nicht müffelt.

The house was nice decorated, the location was very cosy and good connection from the metro station.
The whole house had just one toilet so unfortunately if you stay in the up floor you have to go down in the night :/ also would be nice to open the heating a night before at least, it took us a day to actually warm up the whole house

The property was lovely & well maintained
The insanely toxic smell of tobacco smoke & cannabis in the property from the flat below was disgusting. We had young kids with us & it was wildly inappropriate & unsafe. The AI bot I had to interact with about our issues during & post our stay were beyond frustrating & the fact I had to pay $600 AUD as a property deposit on top of the actual cost was ridiculous (& it took 7 days to be returned to me is wild).
