The staff were all very nice and helpful. I had no Chinese telephone number and they let me use their phone to contact airline.
Location is a bit nowhere. Far to bund and pudong. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic (it was clean though)

I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my visit.
The staff were exceptional—extremely reliable, honest, and genuinely kind. They were always available and happy to help with anything I needed, which made my stay especially comfortable. Despite the language barrier, they made a real effort to communicate using translation tools, which I really appreciated. I was even upgraded upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise.
The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained, and I felt completely at ease staying there. The location is also a big plus: it’s only about 200–300 meters from a shopping mall and a metro station, making it very convenient to get around. There are also plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a 24-hour convenience store within walking distance.
For the price, I think it’s excellent value. I had everything I needed for a great stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Shanghai at a reasonable budget.
Big enough to sleep well but little room to put a suitcase 😅
