Very modern and clean bathrooms. Comfy beds and nice common area and very centric location.
The lockers were outside the rooms, a bit far from my room in my case but still big ones and located in a wide corridor

Very clean, with great facilities for a traveller. Staff provided excellent directions to the property from airport, which made it easy for a first time visitor to Shanghai. Fantastic location, very close to Nanjing st, and Metro

Location great. The address should be more clearly stated on each correspondence instead of only on the 1st contact email. Subsequent emails only gave approximate location, such as “near the bund”. How can a taxi driver find the place based on that?
Coco and Melody friendly and helpful
There was very little or no heat in the common area. Staff wore winter coats in reception area. They would go onto the outside balcony and leave the door open to let cold air inside. The staff had no conception of heating in winter. Westerners think differently. The out side temperature was 12 degrees. Westerners turn up the heat. We don’t wear winter coats in the housepl
