It is located in a residence, secured by an entrance with a digital code, typical of Paris's historic centre, providing walking or metro access to the largest number of monuments and museums.
It is on the 1st floor opposite the elevator.
The entrance of the apart-hotel opens onto the dining room with kitchen, which leads to the lounge with 2 sofa beds and 1 maxi smart TV 70 inches.

The space worked really well for us. Lots of room and comfy sofas to relax on. The location of the apartment was excellent close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the main attractions. It also felt very safe and secure. However the equipment in the kitchen was lacking. The cups were dirty and many were cracked or chipped. There were no bowls for cereal and we couldn’t find a bread knife or chopping board. Due to heavy rain the ceiling was leaking on to one of the beds on the final night which soaked the duvet. Luckily we were checking out the next day.

A good size, clean, plenty of towels and loo paper. Reception was efficient and friendly. Showers good . An interesting area, near to all the places that people like to visit.

This apartment was a wonderful break from the heatwave that hit France during our trip, and it was located near a metro station and tons of great restaurants! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

One of the guest bedrooms was not clean and the sheets were stained. The dishes in the cupboard were also not clean and had to be washed before using. The flat is on a street with a bar and was very noisy at night into the early morning. The walls are very thin and the doors need blinds or a shade, as you can see through the non frosted parts. The large bathroom ceiling was too low and my family were not able to use the shower without hitting their head on the ceiling.
