Stayed in the apartment as a family of 6. Very large and spacious apartment, well decorated and modern. Safe location and close to metro station and great Eiffel Tower viewing point. It is a basement flat however so limited natural light and there is some dampness and smell, but not enough to outweigh the positives. Be careful when you arrive entering through front door - crazy entry stairs which wouldn’t be allowed in UK. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Spacious apartment in great location. Big bedrooms, lots of living areas, 2 good kitchens. Very good laundry facilities. Large comfortable beds and excellent linens. On the downside - the entry stairs are lethal, particularly with the broken balustrades. Very steep and awkward. The lower floor has very poor ventilation and some dampness, resulting in a most unpleasant musty smell. No good for asthmatics.

Very practical accommodation for a large group, We were a party of 12 and had ample space, The flat was clean, and the host was friendly, The only downside was that the heating took a bit to get adjusted, but the host was quick to help us
