La casa è eccezionale, grande e accogliente. Posizione comodissima con la metro sotto casa, un supermercato vicinissimo e diverse boulangerie! Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile in metro, la casa è anche a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Javel della RER, comodissima per raggiungere sia Versailles.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Stayed as a group of 10 and all beds were comfy, and still a decent amount space for all of us. The interior of the apartment was very modern and nice - exactly like the photos. All of the apartment was very clean and the showers had great pressure, all utilities seemed new and working well. Also was very easy to get in and out of the apartment, especially as the host sent very clear instructions and no key was required - very useful in a big group. The location isn't massively central (took 30min to get to 1st arr), but the 16th arr is very charming and there were some great restaurants near the apartment (we loved Les Coltineurs). Could not have asked for a better stay and very grateful to the hosts for making our trip so special.
Only main downside would be location, but absolutely was not a deal breaker for us and didn't take away from our stay at all. There is also not much natural light in the main kitchen/living room and only two showers - but again really not important in the grand scheme of things.

Spacious and good location near Metro
No aircon and the fan given was very tiny. For a spacious apartment with 11 people and only small fan is not enough. There was construction next door and the banging starts 6-7am, ridiculous. The host did not mention that in their listing or at-least allow for discounts during those inconvenient days.
