About this house rental
The "Haus am Brunnen" is located in Scheinfeld/Erlabronn and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The three-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 5 people. Facilities also include WiFi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, beach/pool towels, children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

1st floor: living room with furnished balcony incl. summer umbrella facing the courtyard, 1 bedroom, WC
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with single bed
A heated indoor pool (4x10x1.5) and a communal sauna are also available for your use.
This vacation home offers access to a shared outdoor space with a garden, a barbecue, and a playground, as well as a shared indoor pool, which is heated to 28 degrees Celcius all year round, and a sauna, which is available once a week. The pool and the sauna are open from 9 am to 9 pm. Perfect for families and groups looking to relax and have fun during their stay.
There is an E-bike rental directly at the farm. The property is situated in a wine region, and the nearby area offers great restaurants with Franconian cuisine. It is recommended to visit the historic towns of Rothenburg and Bamberg and take a hike to Terroir Franken.
A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

On the day of departure, guests are expected to remove all bedlinen, turn back the heating, and tilt the window.
