About this house rental
Immerse yourself in this dreamlike holiday property that promises you an incomparable stay. The historic half-timbered house, an architectural gem from 1830, was renovated with the utmost care and expertise by the owner, an experienced architect. In the process, the original charm was lovingly restored and modern amenities were harmoniously integrated to meet today's demanding living requirements.
This detached holiday home in historic walls is truly a pearl and is located in the heart of a picturesque village with about 180 inhabitants. Here, discerning connoisseurs of special living will find their very own personal oasis. Away from any stress and the hectic daily routine, they can explore the beauty of the surrounding nature and discover the charming destinations such as the world-famous Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the mystical Keltenwall and the enchanting Tauber Valley ( e.g. Weikersheim ).
The fenced outdoor seating area in the garden behind the house offers you (sight-) protected space for countless beautiful hours outdoors - from breakfast in the morning, with the friendly neighbours in the chicken garden next door for company, to the quiet hours at lunchtime with a good book, to a glass of wine in the evening.
Within walking distance you will find the village shop, bakery and the restaurant "zum Grünen Baum" (Thurs, Fri and Sat - open/ cold food and drinks).

Your sleep is very important to the owners of this little gem! That's why all the beds in Abendscheins Hof are Treca Paris brand.
House rules/ price info:
The holiday property may only be occupied by the previously agreed number of people. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. To make the start of your holiday as pleasant as possible, our beds are freshly made up in the number booked. The cost for the bedshets and towels is 20 euros per person and accommodation.
Access to the house is by code. You will receive this 2-3 days before arrival in a check-in process after presenting a document of identification of the main tenant. For each subsequent change of contract we charge EUR 20 handling fee.
The house is to be left in a tidy condition. This includes the removal of glass bottles & paper. Dishes must be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards. The dishwasher must be cleared out and turned off. For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles via the house's power supply. These are not designed for this and fires may occur.
Pets:
Pets may only be brought along in consultation with the landlord and for a fee, in the number stated in advance. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the bed, on the sofas or on the armchairs in the house. Dog excrement in the garden and around the holiday home must be collected. We ask you to vacuum through before your departure to remove the animal hair. Any additional cleaning costs incurred as a result of this will be charged to you at a later date.
Further one-off services or services that can be booked directly with the landlord at a separate charge:
-Bed linen: 13 Euro per person one-time
-Towel package: 7 Euro per person one-time
-travelling dog: 30 Euro
-Baby travel cot incl. bedding: 20 Euro one-time - Please book in advance
-children's high chair: free of charge - please book in advance
-children from 3-6 years: 20 Euro per night
-Children from 7-12 years: 30 Euro per night
-Children from the age of 12: 40 per night
As a security we reserve 10% of the rental price as a deposit.
