About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house for rent in Minihic-sur-Rance, a village of 1,500 inhabitants (located 15 minutes from Dinard by car). The house has a surface area of 90 m² spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a garden of approximately 200 m² (8 steps to access the house). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room comprising a lounge and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm)
- A second bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190cm) and 1 single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub (under sloping ceiling).
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² garden with a terrace and furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A barbecue is available outside (cleaning fees do not include cleaning the barbecue).
The house is ideally located in Minihic-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant setting. The nearest shops are 5 km away in Pleurtuit.
There are a few local shops in Minihic-sur-Rance itself, such as La Cale Gourmande, an excellent grocery store, butcher's, bread shop and delicatessen. There is also Les Jardins de Beauchêne, an organic market gardener selling directly to the public.
At La Buissonnière, you will be less than 30 minutes by car from tourist attractions (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, etc.) and a 10-minute walk from the banks of the Rance.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (one car). There is also free public parking right next to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo 14 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 88 km
