About this house rental
Our holiday home in Erquy, labeled furnished for tourism with 3 stars, is ideal for your holidays in Brittany with family or friends. This is located in a very quiet and protected location, in the immediate vicinity (about 150 meters walk) of the beach Caroual, only guarded beach Erquys with excellent water quality according to European Environment Agency and numerous water and leisure activities, and the large coastal trail 34 (old Zöllnerweg ).
The 110 m² house has a bright living and dining room, a large separate, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and another wash basin upstairs. One bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located on the ground floor. Three further bedrooms are upstairs: one with double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a children's cot and a dresser and a small bedroom with single bed (90 x 200 cm). From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the south facing terrace with appropriate garden furniture. For recreation and play the enclosed and protected surrounding 800 m² garden is at your disposal. Other facilities include a ping-pong table. There is also Wifi Internet access, a television and a stereo system.
For your holiday program, activities, cultural and sporting events, excursions, we are happy to inform and advise you.
The costs for energy (electricity, heating), water and internet access are included in the rent.
We propose following optional services:
Package sheets, beds made, bath towel and towels: € 30 per person per stay.
Standard cleaning of the house at the end of your stay: € 120.

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern - vom Baby bis zum Teenager - für 2 Wochen in Erquy. Und wir haben diese Zeit sehr genossen! Vom Haus sind es nur 3 Minuten zum Plage de Caroual, der nicht nur sehr weitläufig ist, sondern nicht weit entfernt auch über einen bewachten Strandabschnitt verfügt, was gerade für Eltern mit Kindern super ist! Überhaupt ist das Strandpanorama ein Highlight, besonders mit den wechselnden Gezeiten. Das Stadtzentrum von Erquy ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, man kann auch zu Fuß gehen. Dort findet man vom Bäcker bis zum Supermarkt alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Firschereihafen und eine Promenade mit verschiedenen Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen, gut aufgeteilt und verfügt über sehr viel Platz, was für uns als Familie sehr praktisch war. Die Ausstattung ist rundum gut, besonders gefallen haben uns die Baby-Sachen (Wickeltisch, Kindergeschirr, Babybett), der große rustikale Esstisch im Wohnzimmer und die super ausgestattete Küche mit dem praktischen Gasherd. Das landestypische Haus hat Charm und überzeugt durch seine Mischung aus restaurierten und neuen Möbeln sowie die moderne Ausstattung, WLAN und Stereo-Anlage inklusive. Wir haben nichts vermisst und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie région. La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle. Les matelas des lits sont parfaits. La plage est toute proche, le GR34 facilement accessible. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les sites alentours.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus und in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet,so dass man hier ganz entspannt 2 Wochen verbringen kann.Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte steht zur Verfügung.Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Strand.Der nächste Bäcker und gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ist im benachbarten Erquy zu Fuß in 15-20 min. zu erreichen.Der Markt am Samstag ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.In der Umgebung kann man traumhafte Strände,entspannte Küstenwanderwege und gemütliche Dörfer und Kleinstädte entdecken.Alles in allem wären wir gern länger geblieben.
