Tummel View was perfectly placed for amazing walks all around Pitlochry, including being able to walk partway through the woods to get to the grocery store! The rooms were comfortable, clean and we really felt at home. There was even a washing machine and outside line to dry. It was a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area.
The floors made a strange creaking, crackling sound as you walked around and it was hard for light sleepers at night when someone went to the bathroom.

Great location and very quiet
Was nice and cosy
The floor was extremely noisy / squeaky throughout and woke up anyone in the other bedroom if the bathroom was used at night!
Not enough crockery and cutlery
Only one kitchen knife (a carving knife)
Felt a bit exposed when sitting in the lounge with people walking past only a few yards away looking at us thought the large window!
