The well-furnished apartment “Zum Seeblick” is situated in Öhningen, a town on the Swiss border, and is only a short walk from the lakeshore. The 65 m² apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a children’s bed and a highchair. From the apartment, you will have a wonderful view of the lake and nearby mountains, and the shared outdoor area boasts a covered terrace and a garden, where you can relax in the sunshine and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue. There is also a playground for children and table tennis for fun afternoons. From the apartment, a bakery is only a one-minute walk across the street (80 m), you can walk to a supermarket in only 2 minutes (190 m), and a restaurant is 500 m or a 7-minute walk away. In Wangen, a 5-minute drive (3.2 km) from the apartment, you will also find a pharmacy and a pretty beach area. The hilly area close to the Schiener Berg (Schiener mountain) and the Klingenbachschlucht (a ravine) is perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities, such as hiking or cycling, and there are many routes starting basically at your front door. The nearest beach, Strandbad Öhningen, is a mere 8-minute walk (700 m) away. There you can swim in the clear blue water in the midst of a fantastic lake and mountain panorama or catch a glimpse across the border to Switzerland. The charming lakeside town of Radolfzell is located a 20-minute drive (15 km) away, the World Heritage Site Reichenau Island is a 45-minute drive (42 km) from Öhningen, and you can drive to Konstanz, famous for its picturesque old town centre, in 40 minutes (38 km).

Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir sind gut zu Fuß, da einige Treppen zu steigen sind.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war ich noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung mit einer so top ausgestatteten Küche.
