Welcome to Wahlwies near Stockach -
the gateway to Lake Constance!
Wahlwies is a small community, which is an excellent starting point for several destinations around the western Lake Constance. Spend your holiday in a cozy, fully equipped apartment.
This high quality apartment is 113 m² in size, has 2 fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large bathroom with large vanity, large shower u. Bath, underfloor heating and 1 guest toilet, and a large kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher), a dining room and a living room. Parquet or high-quality tiles are laid in the common areas, and allergy-friendly carpet in the bedrooms. Central heating, as well as large windows with electric shutters provide high comfort.
KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together. With 4 induction hot plates, an oven, as well as a microwave and refrigerator with freezer, you can easily prepare large menus. A coffee maker and kettle are available for your perfect breakfast. Equipment, cooking utensils and dishes are of course sufficiently available.
DINING ROOM
The cozy dining room offers space for 6 people at its modern oak-topped dining table. The cozy, padded chairs invite you to linger. For toddlers, we are happy to provide a high chair.
LIVING ROOM
The large living room with large, comfortable couch, wing chair and tiled stove (firewood can be provided on request) is ideal for relaxing evenings comfortably. A variety of books are available for reading lessons.
BEDROOM I
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m wide), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is carpeted and therefore allergy friendly. The room has electric shutters and can therefore be completely darkened. We provide a cot for toddlers. Of course, the beds are made upon arrival.
BEDROOM II
The bedroom has a narrow double bed (1.60 m wide), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is carpeted and therefore allergy friendly. In addition, a chair is available in this bedroom, which can be pulled out to a narrow single bed (0.80 m wide). The room has electric shutters and can therefore be completely darkened. Of course, the beds are made upon arrival.
BATHROOM & TOILET
The large bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, large vanity, large shower, and large bath, toilet and a bidet and invites you to linger. Towels, as well as shampoo and shower gel we will gladly provide for you. In addition, the apartment has a separate guest toilet with washing machine.
ROOF TERRACE
For our guests we provide a roof terrace for private use, on which you can start your holiday both relaxed and can leave. It is allowed to smoke and grilled on the terrace. Seating, parasol, sun loungers and an electric grill can be used by you.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, sauber, top ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wahlwies liegt sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen, egal ob Fahrrad, Wandern, mit ÖPNV oder Auto. Für Familien (auch mit Kleinkind) oder zwei Paare die perfekte Location.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, auch weil die Sauberkeit keine Wünsche offen ließ. Zur Wohnung gehört zudem ein toller, großer Balkon, von dem man einen schönen Blick in den Garten mit Obstbäumen hat. Familie Koch ist offen und freundlich.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
