About this house rental
The detached vacation home Villa Paola with its sunny garden behind the oleander hedge and the large private pool area is located outside a small hamlet, 1 km from the village. The county town of Imperia with its small stores and restaurants and fine sandy beaches is nine kilometers away.
The house, with foundation walls dating back to the 15th century, is laid out over two floors. On 100 m² of interior space you will find on the first floor the spacious entrance hall, the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.), a double bedroom (160 x 200), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), the large living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a shower room (ceiling height 2 m). On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms (1 x with double bed 160 x 200 and 1 x with 2 single beds 90 x 200) and a comfortable shower bath. The large, well-kept garden offers sunny lawns and shady spots under the old khaki tree by the small pond. Deck chairs, dining area with barbecue leave nothing to be desired. Opposite the house there is the separate, private pool area. Around the oval pool (3.5 m x 12 m, depth 1.20 m - 1.60 m) there are also sun loungers, a shower and plenty of space to play and relax.
But also on the roof terrace with panoramic view or on the small, sheltered terrace directly in front of the house you can relax wonderfully. Here everyone will quickly find his favorite place. However, if you are on vacation with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings.
Up to three cars have space on the private parking space in front of the house. The comfortable gas central heating also makes relaxed vacations on cooler days possible.

As a Family of 4 we enjoyed the house and the pool! Enough space - indoor and outdoor - and tranquil location. Contact with the owner was very good. Easy goind and nice direct contact and always very helpfull. Restaurants in the arena we’re very diverse - in a good way. From fine dining to a lovely pizza.
