Nothing - just reminder it’s third floor with no lift if there is someone in your party who cannot use stairs then this property unfortunately would not be for you

Appartamento bello e luminoso con 2 camere da letto separate, terrazzo molto grande. A qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione di la Spezia centrale in una zona tranquilla. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare biscotti e cialde del caffè all'arrivo, l'appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort.

Place with a great location, breakfast is appreciated as well. Just next to the train station.
The place was not really clean, especially in the bathroom.
