A well appointed 3 bedroomed townhouse only a short walk from the delights of York City Centre, with plenty of places to eat nearby and city centre site seeing and shopping.
The property has a modern kitchen, separate dining room and living room with two bathrooms and three good sized bedrooms upstairs
The Space:
The property comprises:
A living room with TV and sofas, a well appointed kitchen, three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The living/dining room also has a sofa bed.
The property sleeps up to twelve people.
A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made. Parking is on street.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first floor with Bedroom 4 on the ground floor accommodating sofa beds to provide another social room if desired.
There is a full size bathroom and a separate shower room.
Once booked with us you will receive an electronic contract for signature. The property is in a busy area of York. On street parking is on a first come first served basis on nearby streets not directly outside the property for which guest passes may be available, varying seasonally through the local authority.
As this is in a residential neighbourhood we ask that guests do not play music between 10.30pm and 7.30am, and use outside areas quietly during these hours.

The house was clean enough, and the location is great. The property is a bit tired, and has seen better days. For the price and our needs it’s was ok.
