A well appointed 3 bedroomed townhouse close to the delights of York City Centre, with plenty of places to eat nearby and city centre site seeing and shopping. The property has a modern kitchen, separate dining room and living room with two bathrooms and three good sized bedrooms upstairs. Ideally located just outside York City walls there are many bistros, bars and cafes close by and it is just a short stroll into the very centre of this historic and beautiful City

The property comprises:
A living room with TV and sofas, a well appointed kitchen, three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The living/dining room also has a sofa bed.
The property sleeps up to twelve people.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first floor with Bedroom 4 on the ground floor accommodating sofa beds to provide another social room if desired.
There is a full size bathroom and a separate shower room.
The property is in a busy area of York and on street parking is on a first come first served basis on nearby streets not directly outside the property for which guest passes may be available, varying seasonally through the local authority. There are also a number of public car Parks located very close by.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a bustling area of the City of York there are many bars, restaurants and local supermarkets just a street away from the property.
As this is in a residential neighbourhood we do kindly ask that guests do not play loud music between 10.30pm and 8.00am, and use outside areas quietly during these hours.

Good location as can walk to centre via city wall. Not a party house as no noise inside or out after 10.30.Bathroom window broken so too cold to use main bathroom and shower room very compact. Beds squeezed in 3 rooms to be able to let it to 12 people but would be cramped if that many were staying
