The property is absolutely lovely. Like others have said, pictures don't do it justice. Loads of room for us all, all the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The fire circle was such a lovely addition. The kids had much fun with the pool table and karaoke machine and the darts were enjoyed by the grown ups. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

A fabulous place to stay. Excellent facilities for both adults and children, very clean, responsive hosts, perfect location for York. We all had a wonderful time and will be back.
