Situated in a prime location just 850 meters from the sandy beach and a short drive to the bustling town of Rethymno, it offers an unparalleled blend of sophisticated architectural design and modern comfort. Unique amenities, including a rooftop balcony with a hot tub, spacious pool, pickleball court, and outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, ensure a seamless and unforgettable escape.
Spanning 230 square meters, the villa spreads across two levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms.
Indoor Layout
Ground floor
Step inside the ground floor from the main entrance to find an open-plan living area adorned with plush sofas and armchairs, centered around a 65" Smart TV with a PS5 for your entertainment needs. Adjacent is the indoor dining area, comfortably seating ten guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a sleek kitchen island design and modern amenities including a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and an American-style double door fridge. Floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly connect the interior with the outdoor pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A convenient laundry room with washer-dryer facilities is also found on this floor.
On this level, there are three inviting bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be transformed into 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00) by putting a mattress topper upon request, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, access to the pool, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the back yard.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the back yard.
First floor
Ascending the staircase to the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are found:
- Bedroom 4 (Master bedroom): King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be transformed into 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00) by putting a mattress topper upon request, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, access to private balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to balcony.
Furthermore, access the rooftop balcony on this floor to discover the ultimate relaxation spot, complete with a hot tub for six people for indulgent soaking sessions under the sun or stars, and a sitting area with VONDOM furniture, offering spectacular views of the sea, Psirolitis, and White mountains. Outdoor area
The exterior of Manza Villa covers 1,000 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 70 sq m. ecological salt water swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access, including a child pool, 0.50m deep. This pool uses salt water electrolysis and can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with a gazebo, 6 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, a poolside shower and 4 umbrellas
- Outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ facilities
- Outdoor dining area for 10 under a shaded pergola

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
