Perfectly located just 100 meters from the soft, golden sands of Kyani Akti Beach, Iniada Villas is a charming complex of two villas, each with an identical layout. Each villa features five spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Guests also have access to the facilities and VIP services of a nearby 5-star hotel, offering added convenience and luxury. Additional details will be provided by the owner upon arrival.
Iniada Villa II enjoys an enviable location just 100 meters from the soft, golden sands of Kyani Akti Beach. This 250m2 villa combines spreadsover three floors, and features five bedrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. The villa features a private pool, a ping pong table, a playroom, and a spacious lawned garden, perfect for relaxation or play.

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
-Wooden dining table seating up to six guests

-Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, self-controlled A/C, closet, direct garden access
-Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can convert to a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request, self-controlled A/C, closet, direct garden access
-Two bathrooms with stand-up showers
First Floor
Master bedroom with panoramic sea views: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), En-suite bathroom with shower cabin, Patio door for fresh sea breeze, attic-style sloping roof, built-in low closet, centrally controlled air conditioning, 43" TV with Netflix and Satellite

Beautiful home maybe 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice plus was being able to take advantage of VIP privileges at the resort down the street. Place was clean and had daily housekeeping service. Our host was fantastic; very communicative and helpful getting us connected to activities on Crete.

If you want peace and tranquility and proxinmity to excellent restaurants and night life then this is the villa for you.
If you are looking for a large well appointed villa with enough bedrooms for 5 couples or at least 2 families where the owner has thought of everything, then this is the place for you.
Idyllic setting, beautiful vistas and all you can ask for.
It was an amazing week of sun, relaxation, excellent food and drinks and of course Greek hospitality. Thank you Marina and family for everything.
