Welcome to Carpos Villa, a stunning retreat that reimagines effortless holiday living. Nestled within a 5,500m2 olive grove, the villa immerses you in the beauty of Cretan nature while providing convenient access to local shops and daily amenities.
This spacious 240m2 property boasts four bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Designed with families and larger groups in mind, Carpos Villa seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxed, open living. The villas decor is elegantly minimal, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a stress-free stay.
Layout
Ground FloorAs you enter Carpos Villa, youre welcomed into a spacious, open-plan living and kitchen, as well as one bedroom. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy corner sofa, a 65 HDTV with Netflix and Disney+, a home cinema system, and a Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catered holiday, while the indoor dining area overlooks the beautiful olive groves, creating a serene backdrop for your meals.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features, a self-controlled A/C and direct access to the lawn-covered garden and a veranda equipped with chaise longues.
First Floor Ascending the beautifully designed staircase, you will find the remaining three bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: This master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a stand-up shower. It also provides a self-controlled A/C and access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture to enjoy the stunning views of the countryside and sea.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), upon request, and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a loft area, where a single bed is placed, to accommodate the 9th guest.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), upon request, and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a loft area, where a single bed is placed, to accommodate the 10th guest.
Also, both of these bedrooms offer balcony access, boasting wonderful views of the surrounding olive groves, the sea and Chania town.
Outdoor area
The vast, beautifully landscaped, 2.000 sq.m. outdoor area of Carpos Villa offers a variety of facilities which include:
?- A private, 70 sq. m. swimming pool (0,20 - 1,60 m. deep), and a separate childrens pool (0,45 m. deep). Both pools can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice)
- Shaded area offering fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area, so you can try al fresco dining with your loved ones.
- A fire pit and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth connection give you the opportunity to enjoy some relaxing nights with your favorite music and a refreshing drink.
- The lawn-covered area by the pool is ideal for the kids to play and the outdoor play structure with swings and slide will keep them busy!
- Challenge your loved ones in a friendly game on our handmade wooden table tennis!
- For those who wish to stay fit and active, the garden is also perfect for yoga practice (mats available).
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, bean bag chairs, outdoor living room, and hammock) for relaxing on the veranda, the gardens around the villa, and the balconies.
- The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy and safety.
- Outdoor WC and shower for your comfort.
- Parking space for 4 cars inside the Villa premises
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

5 women went to celebrate their 75th birthday. We had three women in their early 50s who were either relatives or friends. This was the perfect location for a perfect vacation. The owners were absolutely wonderful and attend enough to our every need. I couldn’t suggest this place more. It had everything and we had a incredible, memorable vacation

The Villa is really fantastic and we felt well and welcome from the first moment on. The pool area is really great and we loved the outdoor grill, although it was too cold to eat outside in the evening in April.
We would love to come back.
