Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, zentral und alles wichtige ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer der Unterkunft war ebenfalls reibungslos und präzise. Parkplätze gab es auch immer am Straßenrand, da ruhige Wohngegend.
Zwei kleine Dinge, die verbesserungsfähig sein könnten: Zum einen die Duschsituation (duschen im Sitzen/in der Hocke) und zum anderen die Anordnung der Möbel im Wohnzimmer (seitliches Fernsehen). Beides lässt sich sicher mit wenig Aufwand verbessern.

Moderne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig und quasi ohne direkte Nachbarn, da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus ist Fussläufig ist man schnell in der Stadt

Sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer (leider nicht benutzt, weil wir für eine Feier in Jena waren), großes Bad, eingerichtete Küche, riesiger Balkon ... Fußläufig von der Innenstadt.
Paar Kleinigkeiten würden die Wohnung perfekt machen: Duschvorhang, Nachttischlampen, Garderobenhaken im Flur, Ablagemöglichkeiten für Klamotten (z.B. Stühle) im Schlafzimmer ...
