Sehr schönes kleines Apartment. Sehr geschmackvoll zur Adventszeit eingerichtet. Das Bett war hervorragend. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Es war alles da. Bis zur Innenstadt nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war top. Wenn wir mal wieder in Bad Tölz sind, kommen wir gern wieder in das Apartment.
Alles bestens, keine Mängel.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit einem wunderschönenAusblick über Bad Tölz bis auf den Blomberg. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage. Aufzug vorhanden. Küche für zwei Personen perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren am Wochenende dort. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wochentags ist gegenüber die Schule geöffnet. Dann könnte es etwas lauter werden.

Die stimmige, äußerst praktische und bequeme Ausstattung (Bett); alles hat bestens funktioniert, von den Schlüsselkästen über die Heizung bis zur stimmungsvollen Beleuchtung.
Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas unbequem (nur entlang der Straße, relativ weiter Weg zum Hauseingang); sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Nächste E-Lademöglichkeit in 8 Minuten Fußweg.
