The apartment has just been completely renovated and very high quality (spring 2015), u. A. New fitted kitchen, and modern-Bavarian furnishings. The living area has large windows and the real wood plank floor provides a bright and friendly living environment. The modern tiled bathroom has a window and a bathtub. The large balcony is facing east and invites you to relax comfortably. A washing and drying room is available for common use in the basement. A private parking space is right in front of the house, on request, also an underground parking space to be rented.
The apartment is located in a charming apartment house in a quiet cul de sac bordering the park. The city center with its historic market street is easily accessible via the Louis Promenade. The Kurhaus with its many attractive events, pump room and the spa gardens and the Alpamare are nearby. In Isarwinkel there is at all times the right sports. In winter u. A. Skiing, summer hiking and cycling.

In der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bei einem Kurzaufenthalt passen auch drei Personen gut rein. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Einziger "Störfaktor" war die Baustelle gegenüber, auf der schon um sieben morgens gearbeitet wurde.
