Eine sehr gemütliche, kleine Ferienwohnung. Für drei Personen ist der Platz knapp, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, das Badezimmer hat sogar eine Badewanne. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Blick auf den Kurpark und wenigen Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt von Bad Tölz und an die Isar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die freundliche, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Frau Hague. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Clean and safe , Janine was amazing and made us feel welcome . Beds were very comfortable. Water was amazing and fresh from the mountains . No problem drinking water from the tap ;) amazing views and nice surroundings .
The washing machine was temperamental and Janine had to help me . A simple sign in German and english saying : "put two 50 €cent to wash your clothes " wpuld be enough to make the stay better . No microwave and no oven in the apartment was a let down .
