Very spacious rooms Warm, you can put a heating in whenever you need Good location, close to the park, seafront and bus stops Nice and responsive host Parking spaces mostly available right ny the flat Good value for the money
Beds semi-comfortable, rather old mattresses and not great bed frames Very thin walls to the neighbours, in one of the bedrooms you can even hear normal conversations ( we asked kindly to turn a volume down of the tv on the evening and they were very understanding). I think freshly renovated only means freshly painted as the flat was rather dated in all furniture and smell of dump in one of the bedrooms

We liked the space...the facilities were good also..proximity to shops and restaurants. Could include local attractions for guests eg details of Saltdean Lido and beach.
Not much not to like.. my friend has a condition making it hard to climb the metal stairs accessing the flat..is it signalled in the detsils? Flat could benefit from improved warm heavy coloured curtains..even if preloved. To protect from road noise and keep darkness for guests.

* Lage: Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in einem netten Viertel. Ein Supermarkt, ein Park und ein Schwimmbad sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. * Anbindung: Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ermöglicht eine schnelle und einfache Fahrt nach Brighton. * Parken: Es gab einen privaten Parkplatz. * Gastronomie: Die Pizzeria "VIP" um die Ecke ist eine hervorragende Empfehlung. * Unterhaltung: Ein Fernseher mit den gängigen Streaming-Diensten war vorhanden. * Vermieter-Service: Der Vermieter hat kurzfristig auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und einen zusätzlichen Stuhl sowie einen Deckenbezug zur Verfügung gestellt.
Sauberkeit & Zustand: * Die Wohnung wirkte leider insgesamt ungepflegt. * Es war nicht richtig geputzt (wir fanden sogar einen Socken unter dem Bett). * fleckige Badvorleger. * Die Küche (Arbeitsplatte, Schränke) war unhygienisch, sodass wir das Geschirr vor der Benutzung spülen mussten. Gerüche & Geräusche: * Aus dem Abfluss und der Waschmaschine kam ein muffiger Geruch - dementsprechend war die Küche muffelig. * Im großen Schlafzimmer war nachts die Lüftung des Ladens unter dem Zimmer zu hören. * Alle Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße hin, was für Lärm sorgt. Fazit: Die Wohnung hat aufgrund ihrer Lage und Aufteilung wirklich Potenzial, bräuchte aber (in der Küche und einigen Bereichen) eine Generalüberholung und eine gründliche Reinigung, um den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm zu machen.
