L'appartamento tipico da mare e molto comodo per 2 persone con tutto a disposizione
In 2 abbiamo fatto una doccia e lo scaldabagno dopo 20min non aveva piu acqua calda...spiaggetta riservata piu distante di quanto immaginavamo e non credo sia riservata alla struttura perche una signora ci stava chiudendo sulla spiaggia...abbiamo dovuto dire che saremmo dovuti tornare in appartamento per farci lasciare aperto altrimenti nn so come saremmo tornati...mancavano alcune cose in cucina ma niente di indispensabile almeno x noi...il bidet aveva una piccola perdita che durante la notte ha creato un po di pavimento bagnato rischiando di scivolare nel buio...tutto sommato a parte queste piccole problematiche la struttura secondo me soprattutto in primavera/estate merita tantissimo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura molto bella su una casetta molto coccola e pulita a 50 mt dal mare,la spiaggia essendo libera uno può scegliere se usare i propri lettini o prenderli a noleggio con una minima spesa ché e quello che ho fatto per tutto il soggiorno,che dire ho conosciuto i titolari iniziando da Giulio e suo padre zii e cugini praticamente mi sembrava di essere a casa.
Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che a coppie la gentilezza dei titolari unica,bravi bravi bravi ci ritornerò

The property is very comfortable and very very clean. It is spacious and well equipped for living and cooking at home if you wish. The terrace area is big too. The hosts were very responsive to communicating, and warm welcoming and helpful. You are well placed in Sperlonga, close to the beach and also close to the town. I had a lovely stay.
My only negative comment would be that the advert is a bit misleading. It claims "sea views" which is not true. The pictures of the sea view are taken from the end of the road in which the property stands. The view from the property itself is just a screen to a neighbouring property.
