This house is absolutely perfectly located on a quiet and wide street less than 1 min walk before you get your feet wet in the sea - fantastic for beach life as well as the ultimate Mediterranean experience in the old town of Sperlonga that is just 10 min walk away along the coast. Generous terrace with ample shade, air condition on both floors, the house remains cool even in the heat of the day, garden, plenty of parking for 2-3 cars, the list could go on. Our hosts were very kind to greet us with plenty of food for breakfast, lots of coffee, and even bathroom cosmetics! Highly recommended!

The hosts were waiting for us and very accommodating with our late arrival. They showed us the house and even supplied us with staples to get us through breakfast the next morning. They were very helpful in giving us advice on what to do in the area whenever we asked.
The house was very clean. The location itself is in a quiet, residential area with a lovely private garden, an easy two minute walk to the beach (although not "beachfront"). It feels very safe. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shops.
The furniture was minimal and there were not enough comfortable chairs to sit in on a rainy day. The sofa could use an upgrade.
