Everything. The place is wonderfull - beautiful view on the sea also from the house (actually better than we thought from the photos), the beach only cca 20m distance (sea and Beach is clean - people carry about it every day) The garden is secure, privat and yet just few meters (with own gate) to the sea. Owner and also staff were friendly and carrying - one night was there a harsch storm, which destroyed the fence on the garden and made several damage - next day workers made everything right just we were on the beach. That's the way it should everywhere .. I highly recomend this object and thinking about coming back next year (althought we like to discover new places and almost never coming back .. )
1) more kitchen equipment (for example only 1 big knife for bread) could be fine.
2) for a dog it will be count €100 extra ('for extra cleaning') pauschal
3) you get with the car only cca 70m from the house (park on the street), the luggage must be carried to the house manually, there' s only alley cca 1m wide), but it's nobodys fault, it's just the price for this speciall place and the way it is.
