very spacious and practical house for a weekend stay with friends and children , walking distance to Horniman museum and crystal palace park, easy travel into central london via windrush line. Brilliant to have onsite free parking for 2 cars and free roadside parking as well.

The property was spacious with good seating for family gatherings. It was warm. The dishwasher was great for a group the size of ours. The hosts responded promptly to questions before arrival. Checking in was straightforward. Onsite parking was appreciated and the late check-out time.
The property is tired in décor with several items of furniture either broken or not able to be used properly. The kitchen would benefit from additional items such as small vegetable knives, vegetable peelers and a few large saucepans. Some of the plug sockets were unusable too. When we arrived the property's cleanliness level was below average with much of the cutlery and crockery having to be washed pre-use. The oven dishes too showed signs of not having been washed, there were cigarette ends discarded outside in the patio area. The piano wasn't working effectively and if a downstairs shower is advertised it needs to be checked that this is usable. There was no hot water in the ensuite sink and the window didn't seem to fit the frame.
