Flat compromises of 4 bedrooms all double bed sized and one kitchen with a dining table in it. Excellent for what we wanted it for.Flat is based on an estate which has a social housing feel to it and can be intimidating for a group or family who come from "sheltered" life. Cleanliness is ok. The floors could have done with a mop, good test it walking with socks and seeing how much dirt it picks up. Bedding was fresh and clean, and the mattresses were firm and had a great sleep.Location to tube, 12 mins walk to elephant and castle so it's not bad. 20 mins walk to the shard.Comms with owner was very good. Prefer WhatsApp and this is how some of the Comms were. Summary- Very spacious- Bedrooms were great- Location was good for tourism - Showers worked well- Comms were excellent gWould be even better if,- Bedroom door handle need replacement to prevent people from being locked in- Quick mop around the house- 2 keys instead of 1

The pictures have definitely been photoshopped. Which is a shame because it's actually a nice enough property if you aren't expecting those pristine rooms.

We were a bit intimidated by the area but we were fine once inside the property, could have been cleaner but good size and good price
