A roomy apartment and a very welcoming host made the stay especially pleasant. The location is excellent, with the train and bus stations just steps away, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which added to the convenience and atmosphere of the area.

Great location - close to bus and metro; great neighbourhood; size of apartment; comfortable beds; clean.
Unreliable Wi-Fi; no cellular service in the room; undisclosed £55 charge for use of the (sofa) bed despite the listing stating there were two beds (disclosed only after cancellation was no longer possible); smoke detector battery alarm sounding from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and unhelpful customer support regarding the smoke alarm and Wi-Fi issues.

Clean and teady, large space and comfortable.They let us keep our luggage in the apartment for 3 more hours on the day of check out.
this apartment doesn't have air conditioning, and the ventilation is quite limited. Not a good choice in Summer. The bathroom door was so tight and close with the wall and the door handle could be taken out of place easily. When you open the balcony door, you get bad smells from the restaurants next to you. Very bad smell, except for late night when all the shops are closed. We found one fan while we have two beds in different rooms, so we asked for another fan and they didn't provide it. We even asked for garbage bags, they took three days to provide one, and when they did, they got the wrong size, a very small one and never brought any more. No house keeping. No cellphone network, maybe becauce our apartment is below ground level. But we still got WiFi.
