About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment located on the ground floor in the Cassia area, Tomba di Nerone, in a quiet and peaceful street. There are several restaurants and food outlets in the area. It is 5 km from the Olympic stadium, 1km from the San Pietro hospital and 4 km from the Sant'Andrea hospital. Easily reachable on foot (500m) is the Cassia/Santa Giovanni Elisabetta bus stop, served by bus number 223 which connects to Termini station (Metro A and Metro B), by number 201 and 226 which connect to the Olympic stadium/Piazza Mancini and from here you can easily reach St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The apartment has a kitchen with induction hobs, fridge/freezer, with all the necessary crockery. There are 4 beds, divided into a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Sheets, towels and soaps (hands, underwear and shampoo) are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: The shower is raised above the floor by a step, so may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled!
There is also an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and television.

Nice and clean apartment in Rome. By car you can go within 15 - 25 min. to the parking spot of "Parcheggio Ludovisi" which is next to the centre and near to the fountain Di Trevi.
The apartment itself has an air conditioner and is totally fine for a family with up to 4 persons. The only point of criticsm is that despite saying that a washing machine for clothes would be available, this was missing

We loved the apartment and amenities. The neighbors were friendly as well and my kids enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids! The home was quiet and clean. Easy 10 minute walk to bus stop. Giulia was very responsive to any needs and sent help if we needed it! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her place!

Spacious, modern, clean apartment but not close to the railway station or any of the major attractions and the subway doesn't go anywhere near so you need to drive (if you are accustomed to European driving), take a taxi or bus and hope they are on time and traffic is good.
