Surrounded by lush, green trees and with views that have to be seen to be believed, this magnificent villa is a home away from home. A modern design with undeniably traditional features, you’re welcomed by a spacious, airy atmosphere throughout the villa. Traditional white walls are elegantly contrasted with vibrant pops of colour throughout each of the three spacious double bedrooms with space for up to 6 guests, equipped with their own en-suite, air conditioning, TV and balcony.
Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is made for family and friends to get together. While you’re busy cooking dinner, large patio doors allow the warm glow of the Mediterranean sun to spread throughout the space, beckoning you outside.
You’ll find it difficult to forget the first moment you step onto your spacious, private terrace and take in the breath-taking views that Villa Elena Costa offers. Beyond the lush, emerald olive groves below, the glittering blue sea stretches out to kiss the horizon. Spend your day sinking into relaxation on one of your pool-side sun loungers before taking a dip in the cool waters of your private pool. As the sun sets, make use of your brick-built barbeque and enjoy an al-fresco feast on your covered terrace.
When you’re ready to venture out, a leisurely drive through the olive-clad hills unveils the main coastal road, providing easy access to Nissaki and its array of tavernas, shops and restaurants, or explore the neighbouring coastal villages, each offering a unique glimpse into the authentic charm of Corfu.
Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly area and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 2 steps, each step is 10cm high. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 165cm wide. From the lounge area, there is 1 step onto the terrace, which is made up of crazy paving. The terrace is spacious, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. Inside there are 8 steps from the front door to the kitchen/lounge area. The ground floor ensuite bedroom has a door width of 80cm, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
